Tris has been my dentist for a few years now, and she has always been very supportive and helpful, Tris always gives me good advice on my visits to the practice, really feel comfortable and confident when I go. Tris has a nice way of making you feel relaxed.

Tris has been my dentist for last the 10 years, in that time I have had lots of different work done, including Root canal, Crowns fitted as well as routine dental treatment. Everything has always been explained pre-treatment and I have often waited to have Tris sort my problems out rather than use other dentists if she’s been away.Tris also spotted a suspicious patch in my cheek which turned out to be cancerous but by being spotted early it was operable so nearly 8 years on from it huge thanks to her.

I have been seeing my dentist Tris Harrison for more than ten years and I have found her service very satisfactory. I have had different treatments: some requiring quick intervention or some planned procedures to maintain good dental health, all of which she has fulfilled successfully. As I have been living partly abroad to do an international project, I have been very happy for her availability for dental treatments according to my timetable in the UK. She has also taken X-rays and given my teeth preventative care indicating when the old fillings needed to be replaced as they were going to be a health hazard. Mrs Tris Harrison BDS MSc PGdip

Tris graduated with a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery (BDS) with distinctions in 2003 and gained her Master's in Science (MSc) in Endodontology from the University of Chester in 2019. This is the science of keeping teeth healthy and ranges from simple fillings to root canal treatments. She gained a distinction in her dissertation and has also published her research in the "Endo" journal. In her undergraduate years, she had several gold medals and 13 distinctions in various dental subjects.
Tris continues to learn new techniques and has completed two certificates in restorative dentistry and dental implants at Tipton Training in Manchester.
She studied for a post-graduate diploma in Implant prosthodontics in 2022. Tris can restore smiles by using all the knowledge gained over the years and continues to learn and keep up to date with new techniques.
Tris has worked as a dentist in York for over 13 years. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and looks forward to welcoming you at her practice. Her areas of interest are root canal treatments, dental implants and restorative dentistry.
